As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a smooth checkout process.

Duties - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor - Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Follow food safety guidelines when handling food items - Process payments using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Clean the customer area of the restaurant including bathrooms.
Restocking items as needed.
- Answering the phone and taking customer orders.
Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
