Lead Technician
This is a working supervisory role assisting the team with leadership and customer interface. This role is for the experienced Master Technician.
Level A Technician
This is a Top Skilled Role for the Diagnostic Technician. You must be versed in Root Cause Analysis, Failure Analysis and proper maintenance practices as provided by TMC Recommended Practices and OEM Recommended Troubleshooting Processes. You must be capable of repairing multiple vehicle models and components. You must be an ASE Certified Master Diesel Tech or on your way in acquiring certification. Personal hand tools are required. A CDL License is Required (Training and Cost Reimbursement is available)
Level B Technician
This is an Experienced Skills Role for a Diesel Technician. You should be experienced in diagnostics and Root Cause Analysis. You should be a Certified USDOT Technician in Inspections, Steering, Brakes, Suspension, Lighting and other Safety Requirements as set by the Federal Regulations. Personal hand tools are required. A CDL License is Recommended (Training and Cost Reimbursement is available).
Level C Technician
This is a Training Position for the Beginner/Trade School Technician. You will work alongside of our Experienced Technicians who will provide the necessary training to build you a career in our business. A basic set of hand tools are a necessity.
OnSite Technician
This is a Road Technician Position for those techs that like the outdoors and working in various environments. This is a Skilled Technician Role. You will be required to work in various locations and a service vehicle is provided. You will need "Customer Facing" experience and be able to do various job functions. You must be self driven and good with the necessary paperwork.
All of our Team Members receive proper training and education in USDOT Requirements. We also provide training and Cost Reimbursement for ASE Testing).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
